HR Coordinator
Location Onsite in Santa Clara, CA
Pay : $25-27 / hr
Job Responsibilities
- HR Coordinator assists with new hire orientation
- HR Coordinator updates employee information
- HR Coordinator assists with coordinating candidate interviews (phone and email) as well as coordinating travel for candidates
- HR Coordinator coordinates candidate interviews with internal managers
- HR Coordinator prepares and updates reports regarding recruiting activity for HR team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- HR Coordinator must possess strong HRIS and Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- HR Coordinator must have experience with calendar management utilizing Microsoft Outlook
- HR Coordinator must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- HR Coordinator must have a strong attention to detail
