- Job Title : Tech Support Specialist
- Salary Range : $45K-$55K
- Location : 100% Remote
We are looking to add another Tech Support Specialist to our growing team. This team supports all users (both internal and external) on two of our main products : our "Retail Platform" and our "Development Partner Channel."
The Tech Support team needs someone who has experience not only working in a ticketing system but rather a queue from phone calls, emails, and their website chat feature.
Taking a white-glove approach to each ticket will be important as well since these are resolutions for our external clients, and we want to go above and beyond for a positive experience.
In addition to our product support, the Tech Support team resolves day-to-day operation tickets on Salesforce, Google Workspace, and basic HTML / CSS troubleshooting.
Only 1-2 years of support experience is needed to be technical enough, but we do need the ability to identify problems and recognize resolution patterns.
Someone who wants to be a sponge and grow, their career and skillset will be successful here.
