From small jobs to complete buildouts and quick serve to white tablecloth, the Beam Team provides fast and reliable interior construction and installation services. Our experienced teams are located all across the nation to efficiently serve national and regional operations. And we are hiring a goal-oriented, driven Commercial Construction Superintendent.
The successful candidate must possess great client relationships, have a solid relationship experiences with Sub-Contractors, have work experience in commercial or retail services companies, restaurants, and hotels. You will manage projects and attend pre-construction, progress, and project meetings, providing reports as needed. The Commercial Construction Superintendent should present a very professional demeanor and must make our client(s) feel confident that their job will be done with the utmost quality and professionalism.
Requirements:
Education may be waived in lieu of demonstration experience, which relates to the requirements of this position description.
Requirements:
- 2 years performing Superintendent role in retail commercial construction.
- Good track record working with project managers, management, and workforce.
- OSHA 30 certificate preferred.
- Understand and implement blueprints.
- Knowledge of state building codes.
- Strong background with all construction disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to build excellent working relationships with subcontractors and clients.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (especially Excel).
- Willing to travel 100% and remain at project until project completion.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
