Bear Mountain Healthcare has immediate openings for a licensed nurse supervisor looking to work in our Long Term Care Facility in the Springfield, MA area. Bear Mountain of West Springfield is conveniently located just minutes from Springfield MA. The Nurse Supervisor/Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing direct nursing care and to assume responsibility and accountability for nursing care and services to residents on their unit, under direct care of the Director of Nursing. The Nurse Supervisor/Unit Manager also resumes assistance in admissions and staffing needs under the care of the Director of Nursing.

Job Requirements:
• Valid license in the state of MA
• 2 years of prior experience working in a skilled LTC setting preferred
• Fully vaccinated and boosted
