About us

Beatty & Myers, LLP is an established civil litigation defense law firm in downtown Long Beach. We represent clients ranging from international automotive manufacturers to individual small business owners. We provide legal services throughout the Western United States (California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington).

We are looking for an associate with 1-5 years of strong litigation experience to join our team focusing on consumer litigation.

Responsibilities:

  • Case management; including law and motion, and case strategy
  • Client communication
  • Frequent court appearances and depositions (virtual and in-person)
  • Trial preparation
  • Second Chair experience a plus
  • Occasional travel within California

Pay: $95,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
