What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catering Chef position at Beau Catering?
You must have kitchen experience as a chef / prep cook either in a restaurant or a catering company - onsite catering experience a plus. Good knife skills, excellent prep skills, move fast and accurate and have attention for detail and job completion. We are an onsite catering company with weekend events regularly - busier in peak wedding seasons. We also do regular weekday meals and catering packages for delivery. We will train on our systems but want someone with kitchen experience and a fresh, simple and flavorful palate. No education requirements but 5 years in the industry as a cook/chef and a one or two week trial period required.
The pay range listed is for starting pay. With experience and ability to take on management responsibilities pay is increased.
