We’re looking to hire a bilingual Sales Consultant with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great eye for detail, and is able to actively listen to client concerns and create customized treatment plans designed to help achieve the clients’ skin and wellness goals.

Professional Objective:

The objective of this position is to perform guest consultations. The Sales Consultant must be a professional with great communication skills, who is able to analyze guests’ needs and customize Medi Spa/Spa programs. Also, must have the ability to make home care recommendations, helping guests achieve desired results while meeting or exceeding revenue goals. They must be able to discuss pricing and promote the customized programs.

Position Activities and Responsibilities:

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

  • Consultant must practice the position in accordance with the department manual
  • Have the ability to analyze and evaluate each guest’s individual needs and expectations in order to recommend the most effective programs
  • Ability to customize programs and ask for the money
  • Use sophisticated analysis equipment to determine skin type, recognize skin conditions, and pinpoint concerns
  • Recommend appropriate programs and home care products
  • Develop and customize the guest’s Medical Spa experience
  • Conduct exit interviews and guest satisfaction surveys
  • Interact professionally with other Medical Spa team members to provide the ultimate guest experiences
  • Present a warm, gracious, and professional persona to guests and co-workers
  • Adhere to high professional standards in dress, grooming, language, and lifestyle
  • Practice the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation
  • Actively build strong guest relations
  • Meet and exceed performance targets
  • Gather and input guest data. Consistently record and update guests’ records
  • Ensure all consent forms are signed and uploaded to the EMR (electronic medical records) system
  • Attend and participate in all general and team meetings
  • Assist with inventory and retail management
  • Attend all in-house training and commit to outside continuing education
  • Participate in all aspects of marketing/special event planning and execution, including on camera appearance for social media platforms
  • Build strategic partnerships within our community
  • Communicate with the guest relations team to reserve all customized programs
  • Track performance and efficiency
  • Report to Medi Spa/Spa Director
  • Follow all OSHA regulations
  • Adhere to HIPAA Regulations

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales and Customer Relations Experience- Hospitality and Retail highly desired (be prepared to share your sales numbers)
  • High school diploma or college
  • Superior computer skills and aptitude for mastering software- Be Tech Savvy
  • Excellent selling and recommending abilities
  • Professional image with gracious, warm, and genuine personality
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Skin care knowledge a plus, and have an understanding of the Medical Spa Service services offered
  • Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through.
  • Able to multitask and improvise on the spur of the moment

  • Operate equipment/machinery, such as skin analysis tools: Skin scanner or Wood’s lamp, computerized analysis equipment, magnifying lamps, pH measuring tools, professional Polaroid camera equipment, video imaging, computer, etc.

Additional Abilities:

Knowledge and good skills in Medical Spa equipment/machinery: Phone, fax, Scanner, computer, copy machine, inventory tracking, credit card machines

Pay & Benefits:

We practice a performance-based compensation model. The model includes the following mix:

The performance-based model is designed to allow you to earn more based on your merits. By combining the five methods of earning the pay value for Sales Consultant in our practice can be from $45k- $100k based on performance.

Work Schedule:

  • Full Time- M/W/F 8:30 - 5:30. T/TH 10:00- 7:00
  • Part Time opportunity available, but would require T/TH evenings.
  • Closed Saturdays and Sundays which means you get the weekends to spend with your friends and family!

Pay: $68,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
