Beauty Quest Group is a leading integrated manufacturer and marketer of hair care products from branded and private label hair care, color, and styling products to professional salons and specialty retailers.

Your Role:
Configures and maintains existing production equipment in accordance with the changing production needs and assists in the installation of new equipment in the plant.
Essential functions:
- Perform all the tasks and responsibilities in a fashion that assures personal safety and the safety of others.
- Perform line equipment repair activities, including accurate and timely follow-up documentation.
- Support production schedule by performing line changeovers as required.
- Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Assures the daily operation of the production line.
- Troubleshoots malfunctioning packing equipment.
- Assist the sanitation department in falling rooms when needed.
- Maintained and cleaned the work area, crib, job site, tools, and equipment.
- Effectively communicate by presenting information, responding appropriately, and seeking feedback.
- Effectively work with managers, supervisors, and operators to ensure timely and accurate services.
- Train others to develop basic maintenance and advanced operating skills.
- Utilize TPM methods, specifically Effective Maintenance, to ensure equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Skills, Abilities, and Education:
- Packaging and filling equipment maintenance experience.
- Ability to perform in a manufacturing environment – ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and react to changing priorities to support production.
Special Considerations:
- 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Industrial Maintenance classes.
Schedule: Mondays - 5:00am - 1:30pm, and Tuesday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm.
Compensation
The salary range for this role considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the expected salary for this position is $45,760 - $58,240 USD.
