JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a background in Accounting and has strong communication skills. Responsibilities
Post invoices
Reconcile statements
Disburse checks
Prepares daily bank deposits
Processes and receives Finance and Insurance (F&I) and necessary Sales monies
Balance statements and finalize data
Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system
Maintains records of daily transaction documentation
Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
Qualifications
Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
