The Team Assistant’s role is to assist the Attorney and Paralegal in facilitating the successful processing of all collection and foreclosure procedures for the firm’s Collection and Foreclosure Department.

The Collection and Foreclosure Team Assistant’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Prepare demand letters and notice of intent to foreclose letters and liens.

· Prepare and generate foreclosure retainer letter.

· Set necessary hearings and coordinate with opposing counsel.

· E-file pleadings in various Counties throughout the State of Florida.

· E-record documents in various Counties throughout the State of Florida.

· Process check requests and check deposits.

· Answer phones and provide coverage for other team assistants as needed.

Preferred qualifications include:

Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. Expert level of Microsoft Office and experience working with PDF’s. Collection and Foreclosure software programs a plus.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
