What we do:

BCC specializes in the sale and service of compactors, balers & recycling equipment.

General Purpose:

Perform accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounting transactions. Handle needs of customers, vendors and employees.

Job Duties:

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Maintain accounting records thoroughly and accurately. Work with other departments, customers and vendors.
  • Provide assistance and support to accounting manager
  • Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry answering phones, processing the mail , etc.

What it Takes:

  • QuickBooks Experience is REQUIRED
  • Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong Administrative Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
