The DEI Program Manager for University Recruitment and Internship Programs is both hands-on and strategic by providing program leadership and support to Beckman Coulter’s mission to increasing equity and inclusion of diverse, underrepresented talent. This role is critical in driving our strategy for our partnerships with Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU's), Minority Serving Institutions (MSI's), and other degree seeking institutions to ensure equitable access and outcomes for diverse student populations across our early career opportunities. In addition, this role leads the development and implementation of Beckman Coulter’s summer internship program and creating a world class internship experience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Build and refine our early career strategy, in support of entry-level and internship hiring needs for each business area, informed by data, as well as input from students, entry-level/intern associates, business partners and benchmarking with other talent competitors
Lead the development of a world class internship experience through program design, training and development opportunities and successful execution of the annual internship program
Develop a comprehensive strategy, in partnership with our DEI team, to build a diverse entry-level pipeline through on- and off-campus recruitment efforts
Partner with Talent Acquisition and Corporate Communications to elevate awareness of and interest in our intern and entry-level positions
Build and grow partnerships with organizations relevant to our entry-level and intern recruiting goals
Collaborate with campus recruiters across teams (tech, non-tech, MBA) to host recruiting events (including info sessions, panel discussions, career fairs, resume reviews, interview prep, etc.)
Communicate project status through regular email updates, roadmap prioritization meetings, and other trusted mechanisms (KPI’s, bowlers, L2 TTI’s.).

The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree 9 years’ experience in Human Resources OR related field, Master’s degree 7 years’ experience OR PhD with 4 years’ experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience driving diversity & inclusion efforts
Strong project management skills and experience, including managing multiple internal stakeholders and projects at once
