We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help us drive further success.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing production, distribution, and customer relations.
Utilize your expertise in household goods to identify and capitalize on market opportunities across the country.
Expand our product presence in brick-and-mortar stores nationwide into other categories i.e. automotive, household, garden. Leveraging existing relationships and forging new partnerships.
Drive online sales growth through effective digital marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with outside sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing companies, preferably in the household consumer goods industry.
Demonstrated success in selling products into national brick-and-mortar stores.
Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing principles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Benefits:
Ownership Compensation: Generous profit-sharing program upon company's sale/exit plan within 2-3 years. Profit sharing, 7% company ownership. Exit compensation range: $500,000 – $1,000,000
Base Salary Plus Residual Commission: Receive a base salary of $60,000 along with residual commission, ensuring rewarding compensation for your efforts.
