We are looking for a Route Driver to join our team and help us provide efficient and reliable transportation services. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing routes, delivering goods to customers in a timely manner, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
- Maintain records of deliveries and pickups.
- Communicate with customers and answer any questions they may have.
- Load and unload cargo from the vehicle.
- Ensure that all cargo is secure before leaving the warehouse.
- Follow established routes and schedules.
- Inspect the vehicle for any mechanical issues before each trip.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
