Position Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Client Services, the Client Services Associate will provide vital administrative and business support for the delivery of our client services and programs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships aimed at client retention and an exceptional client experience; manage client onboarding process, coordinate, and direct client activities with other team members and assist as necessary.
- Perform operational duties including providing information to prospects, clients, and vendors via phone, email, and chat.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Directly interface with career coaches, business consultants, and vendors via phone, email, chat, and videoconferencing to gather necessary information to complete tasks and create presentation materials.
- Maintain knowledge of services and processes to answer general questions from clients and prospects and coordinate and schedule consultations.
- Attend client and other business meetings, provide summaries, and coordinate next steps.
- Conduct research and provide administrative support as needed to Coaches and Consultants.
- Assist leadership with operational tasks and coordination of projects to ensure smooth business operations.
- Complete data entry in CRM and generate standard and ad hoc reports as required and assist with website updates/information as needed.
- Contribute to the creation and publication of curriculum and job aids to support client and internal programs.
- Assist in the production of customized, client-specific information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Assist in the regularly scheduled maintenance, system updates, and user acceptance testing for technology platforms.
- Coordinate on/offsite meetings, webinars, and conferences, schedule appointments, maintain calendars, arrange travel itineraries, and reserve meeting rooms.
- Develop and deliver solutions to complex problems that have a significant impact on the business.
- Analyze operations and service delivery journey to identify bottlenecks, key metrics, and opportunities and provide feedback to management.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow.
- Demonstrate a professional presence, including LinkedIn, and a strong commitment to professional and personal growth and development.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ client service and project coordination experience for a professional services organization or similar industry
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, experience, military service, or training
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented environment
