Lodging Sales Manager

Beech Mountain Resort, a leader in providing top-notch vacation experiences, seeks an energetic and aggressive Sales Professional to join our Lodging team. If you have a knack for sales, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to creatively connect with both homeowners and guests, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales & Revenue Enhancement: Actively engage in sales initiatives including phone calls, email campaigns, and community outreach to increase our lodging portfolio and drive revenue growth. * Marketing & Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies. Contribute to the management and content creation for social media platforms and website updates to enhance our online presence. * Support & Relationship Management: Provide support to the homeowner relations team by assisting with homeowner communications and ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently. * Operational Assistance: Help oversee the operational aspects of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and guest-ready. * Data Management & Reporting: Use Microsoft Excel and CRM tools to maintain records, analyze data, and prepare reports that support decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications:

*Demonstrated experience in aggressive sales tactics and achieving revenue goals. *Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively networking and building lasting relationships. *Experience with digital marketing, including social media management and content creation is a plus but not required. *Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with CRM systems. *Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. *Background in real estate, hospitality, or related fields preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
