TITLE: New Home Sales Associate

OFFICE HOURS: Thursday - Monday

OFFICE LOCATION: Lemont & Burr Ridge

We are looking to add an energetic and confident Sales Associate to our Team. We will provide the training to get you up to speed quickly. Job Summary

You will be responsible for showing homes, working with buyers to meet their needs and selling them new homes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Greet Potential Customers in the Models Homes or Design Center
  • Demonstrate homes, features and amenities.
  • Sell and Close Homes
  • Must be able to properly communicate the Home Building Process
  • Prepare proposals, customer correspondence & contracts
  • Schedule appointments with potential customers
  • Maintain Client Contact Database & Realtor Contact Database
  • Excellent Customer Service/Organizational/Communication skills
  • Strong follow-up skills / Positive and outgoing attitude / Outstanding customer service skills
  • Self-starter, comfortable working in a smaller working environment
  • Take phone calls and inquiries from website and manage online chat function.
  • Provide the proper information to prospective customers, answer questions & overcome objections.
  • Assist with Social Media/ Marketing

Requirements:

Previous new home sales experience not required

  • Effectively build long-term relationships with potential buyers, realtors, referrals, and outside leads
  • Finalize contracts to sell new-construction homes and guide the sales transaction through closing
  • Weekends required
  • Huge Income Potential

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent / Bachelor's Degree preferred

Valid Driver's License because driving is an essential function of this position

Location: Downers Grove or Lemont

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
