How you’ll have an impact at beem® Light Sauna:
beem® Light Sauna is seeking an experienced and talented HR Generalist to join our beem Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with management to support company goals. This role will help support the daily functions of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.
As an HR Generalist, a typical day might include a mix of the following:
- Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to continuously improving HR processes and practices.
- Process bi-weekly payroll.
- Help plan and coordinate company activities such as employee recognition events, team building activities, holiday parties, birthdays, and anniversary recognitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.

- Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Creative thinking and adaptability to address HR challenges and support organizational goals.
- Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization. Familiarity with recruitment platforms, interviewing techniques, and employment laws.
- Skill in managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, counseling, and mediation. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion and tact.
