The beem® Light Sauna team is looking to hire an Operations Summer Intern for a 10-week Internship program (dates flexible upon request).
This role will report to the VP of Operations of beem® Light Sauna and assist with training and supporting our franchise owners. You will be involved in various projects aimed at enhancing the operations of beem® Operations Team. Our ultimate goal is to provide our franchise owners with support and help to grow their average unit volume (AUV) at a studio level.
This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate with a growing team as we scale the franchise on a national level. You will play a vital role in significant discussions and projects that contribute positively to our brand.

As beem® Operations Intern, a typical day might include a mix of the following:
- Assist in Day-to-Day Operations: Provide support to the operations team in executing daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present data related to various operational processes. Assist in generating reports and identifying trends to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement within the operations workflow. Propose solutions and assist in implementing changes to streamline operations
- Logistics Support: Assist in coordinating logistics for various projects
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of operational activities with overall company objectives
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
- Interest in the Health and Wellness industry is a plus
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program
- Rising sophomore or above
- Finance and/or Business classes are a plus
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs.
