Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Behavior By Design, you will work directly with clients in their homes, implementing behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). ```Duties:```
- Implement individualized care plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote independence
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines

```Qualifications:```
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients and their families
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and approaches in behavioral health
