Building Manager
Looking for a strong, responsible leader that works well with others to manage daily operations for our busy outpatient clinic.
We are looking for someone that encompasses the following to join our team:
· Desire to help children with special needs
· At least 5 years management experience
· Knowledge and practice of leadership skills, and how to create leaders in others
· Ability to maintain the company’s mission and vision
· Ability to demonstrate kindness, and patience under pressure
· Ability to effectively communicate with team members above and below on the organizational chart
· Ability to troubleshoot, and contact vendors for proper maintenance of the building
· Ability to create a fun and pleasant work environment minimizing stress and anxiousness of co-workers
· The right person will be able to resolve crises quickly and efficiently
Daily tasks include:
· Creating and overseeing Staff schedules
· Greeting and working with families who receive services
· Guiding tours for prospective families and staff
· Working closely with staff to increase retention
· Collaborating with other building administrators
· Interviewing potential new hires
· Inventory and ordering for building needs
· Answering HR questions, or reaching out to Office manager for assistance
· Processing time off requests

8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday

- 6 years= vacation 3 weeks, birthday 1 day, sick 3 week, PTO 3= 34 days
- 7 years= vacation 4 weeks, birthday 1 day, sick 3 week, PTO 3= 39 days
- 8 years and every year after = vacation 4 weeks, birthday 1 day, sick 4 week PTO 3=44 days
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
