Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a SupervisorII in the Community Wraparound program at Behavioral Health Network!
Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Community Wraparound program with the following:
- Providing clinical oversight and supervision to program.
- Maintaining a small caseload of youth by FTE as determined by the program.
- Providing clinical supervision which includes training, mentoring, coaching and fidelity monitoring of staff who will be expected to incorporate evidence-based practices.
- Ensuring the program adheres to clinical and other regulations and requirements of licensing and funding sources.
- Maintaining communication with funding sources or other contracts, as appropriate at the direction of the Program Director.
- Serving as a liaison with other BHN programs in regard to treatment of individuals served.
- Attending and participates in staff meetings, in-services, and mandatory trainings.
- Providing effective ongoing evaluation of staff performance, and institutes appropriate discipline as needed.

What are we looking for in a SuppervisorII?
Qualification/ Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a human Services field, and 1 year of experience working with the target population AND 1 additional year of experience providing supervision required.
OR
- Master’s Degree in a human services field, licensed at the independent level and 2 years of experience working with the target population, one of which is providing supervision is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of working with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance and relevant treatment techniques.
- Must have familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems.
- Experience in navigating any of the child/family-serving systems.
- Must be CANS-MA certified.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, model, and coach a multi-disciplinary team in high quality clinical care.
- Is experienced in child and family treatment including but not limited to the implementation of Evidence Based Practice.
