What to Expect:
We are looking for an all-star candidate that will thrive in our fast-paced, results-focused, family-like culture with an uncanny enthusiasm to prospect leads. This is a hunter role (being able to build relationships from scratch is key) with the primary goal of pursuing and closing sales opportunities in the Small and Medium Pro Contractor Business market within their specified Home Depot store.
Main Responsibilities:
- The Pro Sales Representative's top priority is to establish long term relationships with Contractors and HD Pro Associates.
- Utilize a consistent sales activity process via person to person interaction with local Professional Contractor Customers.
- Prospect, interview, qualify, educate, develop SMB owners within the Denver area.
- Stay on top of the industry and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers.
- Successfully handle and overcome prospect objections.
- Follow the established pre-sales process and consistently use a CRM system to detail prospect interaction ensuring efficient lead management.
- Grow the portfolio development with current and future accounts

What Every Candidate MUST:
- Have at least a High School Diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED)
- Have prior relational sales experience (paint store or big box retail - plus!)
- Be a self-starter with a track record of success within a fast-paced role
- Have experience in Salesforce CRM or similar system
- Have proficient knowledge of MSA Office Suites and/or IOS software applications related to job functions.
