You will be a business partner in helping achieve departmental and Company objectives with regards to staffing, training and compliance. Our Human Resources team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.
Are You Looking to
- Be a project manager for the CNC Apprenticeship program including strategic and talent acquisition activities.
- Administer wage progression program and assist annual salary planning.
- Track and report all training initiatives and ensure timely completion in required programs.
Are You Ready to
- Lead the recruitment effort for all salaried/non-exempt personnel and intern associates. This includes school outreach, job fairs, social media, etc.
- Support for payroll, benefits and disability claims, leave management and other HR programs.
- Assist with filing government reports and logs pertaining to Affirmative Action program.
What You’ll Need
- Associate degree in Business/Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum of three years experience in the HR field, or similar combination of education and experience.
- Advanced computer skills (i.e.: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Ability to process and manipulate large amounts of data.
- Presentation skills and ability to lead a group.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
