A CNC Mill Technician (Nights) job in Paullina, IA is currently accepting applications. This is a direct-hire position with our key manufacturing client. In this role, you will be responsible for quality parts produced on our CNC Okuma horizontals, Okk horizontals, Doosan and Brother mills. To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of a High School Diploma along with 1 years of relevant work experience.

CNC Mill Technician (Nights) Responsibilities:
*Verifies cycle times on all jobs and reports discrepancies to his/her crew chief and annotates on traveler.
*Verifies/sets gauging against known standards and ensures gauging is correct per inspection sheet.
*Knows and ensures all safety devices are in place and working properly.
*Inspects machine and work area in general for proper order and operation.
*Operates machinery according to acceptable and safe practice.
*Makes routine offsets and able to ascertain the need for changing inserts and capable of doing so as needed.
*Able to change work holding fixtures and tooling as instructed by crew chief.
*Assists in the preparation and execution of set ups as directed by machinist or crew chief.
*Competent in all the duties of a trainee and performs all tasks as assigned by supervision/management.

CNC Mill Technician (Nights) Requirements:
*High school diploma or GED.
*1 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
*Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
*Ability to produce precision work.
