Description: An Account Director position is currently available in Cincinnati, OH. This is a full time, direct job with full benefits. To be considered, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or other related field from an accredited institution and 5 years of experience in the Aerospace industry. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic account management including account level playbook, purposeful account level plans, contact plans, value mapping, relationship management and new business generation. You will also provide a consultative approach to nurturing existing business and capturing new business. To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Working with the executive team on creating and executing a go-to-market strategy

• Preparing the account level playbook and executing strategic impact activities plan within the organization, and guiding other members of the Account Management team

• Actively engaging customers at multiple levels to understand their priorities, challenges, and opportunities to shape account level value proposition and playbook

• Developing and maintaining a positive strategic relationship with customers to sustain ongoing work and uncover new opportunities, projects or initiatives that require our services

• Leading the organization to achieve high level customer satisfaction scores to increase market share

• Driving revenue growth within existing key accounts via organizational optimization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or other related field from an accredited institution

• 5 years of experience in the Aerospace industry

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software programs

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Excellent organization skills

• Ability to travel to customer sites (10%-25%)

• U.S. Citizenship

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of aerospace mechanical and/or aircraft systems

• Knowledge of the jet engine life cycle (design, development, certification, sustainment)

• Familiarity with financial reporting and associated statements

• MBA would be a plus
