Job Title: AutoCAD Designer
Location: 151 Engineering Way, Georgetown, KY 40324
Duration: 12 Months Contract (with a possibility of extension)
Shift Time: 1st Shift; M-F; (8 AM to 5 PM)
Potential to convert to a permanent position. If offered a permanent position, immediate eligibility for retirement benefits, health insurance, and pay increase.

Responsibilities:
- Use 2D software / tools (AutoCAD) to confirm / revise / create equipment and process documentation and layouts.
- Use 3D software / tools (Creo / Inventor) to confirm / revise / create equipment and process documentation.
- Support PWT Planning in a new initiative to create a robust static digital twin to support future planning functions.
- Support process planning & verification: Benchmarking, GD & T study and definition, Model x model comparison / overlays, process x tooling drawing alignment, process function, verification trial
- Support equipment planning & procurement: Specification development, bid package development, equipment design verification, manufacturing on-site verification
Requirements:
- Technical degree in CAE or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3 years" experience in CAE.
- Experience in project management responsibility (planning & time management, coordination, reporting)
- Experience in creating / interpreting product drawings / models, process drawings / models, equipment drawings / models
- Intermediate to advanced capability in CAD software (Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, Inventor, Navisworks, Vault, Revit, ReCap)
- Intermediate capability in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
- Strong Communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Expert in Autodesk applications, in particular AutoCAD Architecture, Inventor Professional, Vault / Vault Data Structure, Revit, ReCap, Navisworks
- Recent experience in 2D and 3D tools
Important Skills:
- Candidate must have recent CAD experience
- Strong experience in design tools
- Possibility of overtime from 50 to 55 hours
- 12-month role with possibility of extension
- Overtime as required during peak workloads
- Candidate must have either Bachelor’s/associate degree or any technical certification
- Travel - Yes: < 15% Local.
Interview Process:
- Interview 1: Phone interview (General understanding) technical skills, experience, and responsibilities – 30 to 45 minutes
- Interview 2: On-Site (complete assessment test related to tools)
