Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Selling Lead at Belk's location in Winder, Georgia. The Selling Lead will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer service, sales, merchandising and product knowledge. Additionally, the Selling Lead will assist in training new team members, opening and closing the store and ensuring the overall success of the sales team.
