High-Volume Dealership Finance Manager

We are looking for the best of the best as the department currently runs over 2000 PVR and has one of the best compensation structures in the business. Many of our finance managers make well over 250k per year! Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of current finance experience. Most of our finance producers have been directors, sales managers and GSMs at other stores. This is a unique opportunity to join an expanding team based on growing business.

The F&I Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while helping customers choose products that protect their vehicle purchase. In addition this individual works with lenders to obtain financing approval and completes all vehicle purchase and associated paperwork accurately and on time. The F&I Manager is responsible for following up on and collecting receivables.

Essential Functions and Duties Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals to establish a strong customer network
  • Selling finance & insurance products to customers
  • Maintain impeccable reputation with lenders
  • Ownership of Payment In and Payment Out log
  • Produce & submit accurate paperwork for title and to secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner
  • Maintain F&I income at acceptable levels
  • Must adhere to the MPP Package Sell presentation over 75%.
  • Adhere to all local and national regulations and work with sales management to ensure maximum profit
  • Educate customers on viewpoint surveys
  • Maintain CITs to a minimum (preferably zero)
  • Set and track personal sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses)

  • Prior automotive finance experience 5 year preferred
  • Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Strong computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Dealertrack, ADP)
  • Desk deals for sales professionals when needed and take T.O.s to maximize deal potential
  • Deal with local and national bankers and manufacturer representatives
  • Understand tag and title laws; DMV; secondary loans; bankers
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
