We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and have a professional and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, providing a warm and professional welcome
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
Keep the reception area neat and organized, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked
Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, and coordinating courier services
Maintain office security by monitoring access and following safety protocols
Provide general information to visitors and callers, and assist with inquiries
Work closely with various departments to support their administrative needs
Must be available to work from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Experience
Previous experience in a Receptionist. Front Office or Switchboard Operator role required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office equipment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and resourceful problem-solving abilities
Professional demeanor and appearance
This position requires someone with experience in reception duties, office support, and administrative responsibilities.
