A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AC, ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING ASSISTANT / HELPER
As a hardworking and dependable assistant / helper in the trades, you work in the field with our AC, electrical, and plumbing installers and technicians to learn installation and service techniques as well as other customer service cues.
You never shy away from asking questions while you shadow and assist our highly trained teams. You assist with any tasks as needed around the shop, and you learn the core values that we adhere to as a company as we provide exceptional service and quality workmanship.
Being naturally organized and efficient, you also spend some of your time maintaining service our vans and shop, as well as stocking inventory.
When needed, you keep up with paperwork. You are highly motivated to expand your industry knowledge and skillset. At the end of the day, you might be covered in dirt - and you're okay with it! You are eager to move forward in this exciting skilled-trade industry!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights or small crawl spaces
- No experience necessary!
