What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Consultant position at Bella Lago Village?
Employee Duties & Expectations:
Leasing professional is the first point of contact for all residents, guests, staff, vendors and visitors. We are looking for someone who is extremely detail oriented who can work independent and in a team environment while providing exceptional customer service and a high level of professionalism. The Leasing professional is responsible for answering and greeting all incoming calls as well as greeting people in the lobby, assisting and reviewing rental applications to make sure qualifications are met and conducting necessary move in and move out procedures with the tenants, collecting monies and posting money, conducting tours with prospective residents, assist the property manager in day to day activities such as purchase orders, filing, work order creation and provide superior customer service to our community.
Employee Qualifications:
Highly motivated and ambitious to learn. Must have great communication skills as well as very friendly and comfortable with lots of people interaction. Administrative, management or high volume customer service experience preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish as well as marketing experience highly encouraged to apply. Must have reliable transportation. Pay will depend on relatable experience.
