We're seeking dedicated RN/LPNs for night/day shift full-time positions. You'd be a part of a collaborative team whose energy and creativity are valued as well as rewarding!

Day in the Life:
- Providing patient care to residents
- Complies with state and Federal Regulations.
- Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Assesses and coordinates patients' discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare teams.

Bonus Program:
- $500 Referral
- $2 shift diff from 3p-7a through the week
- Weekend shift differential is $3.50 starting shift on Friday (night) until the end of the shift Sunday (night).
Requirements:
- Valid state license(s)
- Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation
