Shift Hours:
Part-Time (16 hours/week), Days: 7:45am - 6pm
Job Description:
Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse. Records nursing care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patients condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act; provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required at this location
- WI LPN license -OR- graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- If LPN, license required within 3 months of start date
- If Medical Assistant, AAMA certified within 3 months of start date
In addition to the required qualifications, a successful LPN and Medical Assistant will:
- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude toward patients
- Possess a strong work ethic and always display a high level of professionalism
- Have basic computer skills using the EPIC electronic medical record system
