Primary Duties
This position provides the first impression many people have of our organization. We are looking for a polished and professional individual to answer the telephones, greet guests, route the mail and accept deliveries. In addition to the receptionist duties, this individual will be responsible for general clerical support.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Managing a multi-line phone system in a professional manner within a fast-paced Corporate office
- Ensuring prompt responses to guests' inquiries and directing to the appropriate party in an efficient manner.
- Managing the receipt and shipment of office deliveries and mail.
- Supporting various departments throughout the office with a variety of clerical duties and special projects including but not limited to accurate data entry of invoices into the accounting software system and scanning of documents.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum 2 years office/clerical experience with demonstrated proficiency in typing and 10-key skills
- Highly refined communication skills with a professional demeanor
