Job Summary:


The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.




Key Responsibilities

• 
  Handle inbound and outbound calls: Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.


• 
  Problem resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating where necessary.


• 
  Provide information: Offer accurate information about the company's products, services, and policies.


• 
  Meet performance metrics: Achieve set targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and other performance metrics.


• 
  Follow-up: Perform follow-up calls or emails as necessary to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.


• 
  Collaborate: Work with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework or relevant certifications preferred.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.


• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.


• Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and CRM systems.


• Basic computer proficiency, including typing speed and familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office).
