- Prepare and transfer files, configure student information and learning management systems, and assist with organization for district and state reporting and testing processes
- Configure student information system for student course assignment or selection, master schedule building, and student scheduling processes
- Perform other general office, inventory, technical, and administrative duties as assigned
- Maintain strict confidentiality of personnel related and time sensitive planning information

Job Description
Position: Office Professional 2 - E-school/State Reporting
Reports to: Director of Information Technology
Terms of Employment: 12 months
Basic Functions: Under the direction of the Director of IT, assist in the administration of the district and state student information system as well as general office duties including data entry, validation, processing, reporting, record keeping, and file maintenance.
