Department Skilled Maintenance - Grade III - 2nd Shift
Details & Responsibilities:
- Capable of learning all equipment in the Thermoset Division
- Proficient using statistics to analyze process variables and problems
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, drill press, pipe threader, band saw, table saw, grinder, electric meters, test equipment, programmers, computers and statistical analysis equipment
- Assist in maintenance of all equipment in Thermoset Division
- Perform equipment analysis
- Maintain equipment safety features
- Instruct and familiarize other employees with the setup and operation of equipment and tools
- Diagnose and correct equipment malfunctions
- Initiate corrective action
- Remain current with state-of-the-art technology
- Technical knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical circuits, mechanical principles and statistical process control
- Maintain a clean work area
