Responsibilities:
Hours: 06:30AM to 03:00PM and on call rotation

Responsibilities:
- Maintenance III primary responsibilities are to maintain the facilities and equipment owned and operated by Cedar Community. Identify failures and perform maintenance on control systems, mechanical equipment, and HVAC systems. Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC or plumbing is desired.
