Junior Associate needed to join a busy personal injury firm.

Ideal candidate:

Must enjoy high volume work and have a desire to be in the courtroom and litigate.

Texas Bar License required.

Job duties include:

  • Attending Hearings
  • Attending/Taking/Defending Depositions
  • Drafting Motions and Responses to Motions
  • Reviewing and approving discovery
  • Attending Trial - Includes attending as a second chair attorney and an opportunity to first chair cases at trial
  • Case management

This is an excellent environment in which to learn about litigation and the personal injury field.

Room for growth and Bonus plan offered.

Travel around the DFW area is required. Minimal travel outside the DFW area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
