Established in 2008 by lifelong friends, Primo Partners is locally owned and operated. It all started with a single scoop shop and has since grown to multiple shop locations, along with booming, trailblazing, and system-leading Off Premise Catering operations in North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Texas and Tennessee. What are we looking for in our newest team member? The ideal candidate is able to:
Assist the Manager and or Assistant Manager in the daily operations of the scoop shop and off premise operations.
Work all parts of the best. This includes in-store operations and out of store operations.
Take personal responsibility for making things happen. Keeping things fun. Caring about yourself and others.
In addition to being a great fit according to our company’s core values, there are additional key components of a team member’s job responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Maintain the daily operations for their shift including store, catering & staff appearance, customer service, cleanliness, compliance with all safety and operating standards, merchandising of gifts and production of waffle cones, cakes, novelties, and baked goods.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by role modeling the practices of friendly, timely service and proper product handling for their shift.
- Leading catering and vending events and taking ownership of your part of the business.
- Managing up to ensure excellent communication and ensuring that all start and finish procedures are followed.
- Support and provide assistance in the training of scooping staff, as suggested by the Manager and or Assistant Manager.
- Ensure that all opening and closing procedures are followed and executed in a timely manner for their shift.
- Accountable for the daily tracking of the store scooping performance and ensure that the scooping percentage is within the stores posted target for their shift.
- Accountable for maintaining the systems established by the Manager that ensure the accuracy of daily cashing in and out of all registers, sales to cash reconciliation, and daily sales and deposit summary reports for their shift.
- Assist as requested by the Manager in the implementation of the in-store and out of store marketing plan with an emphasis on marketing the store in the local community through innovative donations, catering, other off premise opportunities, and special event programs.
- Provide assistance with in-store and out of store specific projects and activities as directed by the Manager.
- Work as needed outside of the shop at vending operations (football, basketball, festivals, etc.)
