This role is an on site, full time opportunity at our Aurora corporate headquarters. Bernina does offer a one day per week work from home program after 90 days of employment. We offer competitive starting pay, $50K to $60K based on experience, extensive benefits and career growth opportunity.
Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist will be involved with all aspects of marketing & CRM for Bernina of America. From online programs, ecommerce, warranty, database, dealer programs, support for bernina.com, bernette.com, CRM management, reporting, and day-to-day for SEO, SEM, digital media, and email segmentation. This is the neural network for our Marketing team.
Daily immersion in marketing programs ( and what makes them tick), CRM and ecommerce, optimization, execution and reporting. Offer helpful insights to increase sales, increase web traffic, and drive to lower funnel actions. Responsible for data/CRM metrics through optimization and benchmark results. Keep a watchful eye on KPI's and ROI through insightful, actionable consumer and retailer market insights.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple tasks across multiple digital disciplines for monthly programs and promotions
- Pull consumer and prospects lists from databases for marketing in various channels
- Manage day-to-day warranty, ecommerce inventory/products, prospect, consumer, and dealer databases
- Use data and segmentation to identify upgrades or new product opportunities
- Support yearly planning and product launches
- Provide support to Marketing Managers and agencies
- Work and partner with Marketing Operations in our Switzerland office
- Conduct reporting and SEO, Paid Search, Display, and other media and programs
- Contribute to quarterly/yearly marketing planning sessions/meetings
- Research and monitor competitor's promotions and advertising with top line monthly reporting
Requirement, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have experience in Google analytics
- Proficiency in creating campaign reporting with executive summary
- Database experience and be comfortable discussing needs and programs
- Skilled in web trafficking and monitoring tools in addition to Google
- Email segmentation understanding and recommendations
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Positive attitude, self-starter that works well in an open team environment
- Must have advanced Microsoft office skills
