Key Responsibilities:
- Process draws, invoices, and receipts.
- Perform journal entries in QuickBooks.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Manage data entry tasks.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned, including collaboration with our CPA firm.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop) is required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a reasonable approach to teamwork.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
