What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counter Customer Service position at BENDER?
Experienced Counter Customer Service Associates needed to provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person. Positions available in multiple locations: Norwalk, Bridgeport, New Haven, Hartford, Waterbury!

What you'll be doing....
- Assisting customers who purchase/pickup product
- Provide customers with product information, specifications, and pricing
- Fill Orders
- Process Payments
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of self-pick/counter areas
- NO COLD CALLING
Required Experience:
- Counter customer experience
- A passion for customer service
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Wholesale/distribution counter experience
- Plumbing/HVAC experience a plus, but we will train the right person!
