Job Description:
A crew member will have the primary responsibility of providing positive customer experiences. This includes ensuring all food orders are prepared efficiently and accurately. You will be working in various areas of the restaurant (Cashier, Dining Area, Kitchen, Online/Phone Orders, Events outside of establishment, etc.).
Education and Experience:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must. Spanish will be required to communicate with customers. 90% of customers are Spanish speaking. Food menu is not extensive.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- Combination of education and experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Follows instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe dining environment
- Effective time management; maximizes productivity
- Takes pride in doing a good job
- Other responsibilities as assigned
