Description
Design, develop and maintain a Driver Orientation program.
Facilitate and provide support for the driver orientation onsite experience in McDonough while
supporting the other Orientation locations as needed.
Maintain and conduct training for contractors.
Design, develop and deliver training for contractors to ensure excellence.
Provide necessary materials for contractors following orientation.
Maintain training material and records as required.
Communicate with Owner/Operator pre & post orientation.
Collaborate with Bennett business units as required.
Qualifications
Training and development experience required
Transportation experience preferred.
Excellent communication, verbal and written required.
Designing and developing training in accordance with Adult Learning Principles
Facilitation skills
Collaboration and Influencing skills
Analytical skills
Proficient in all Microsoft products
