Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Transcribe and distribute messages accurately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and preparation
- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Utilize Google Suite for email, document creation, and data entry
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) for email communication, document creation, and data entry
- Strong clerical skills including filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading abilities
