Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Agent, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong client relationships. You'll primarily be handling inbound calls from customers seeking auto parts and accessories, leveraging your sales expertise to recommend products, upsell where possible, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound sales inquiries and customer orders efficiently and effectively.
Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs.
Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both business and individual customers.
Collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences from order placement to delivery.
*Car part knowledge preferred but not necessary, we can train you!!!

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl

While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate loud
