• Assist all guests (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Inform guests of companion part requirements and specials, and ensures that the guest is exposed to the full product line
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
• Pull and fill orders from stock
• Assist outside sales representatives with their orders
• Issue and track requested shop tools to technicians
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up Schedule : Monday-Friday 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm Average earnings of $38,000-50,000 made up of an annual base salary of $30,000 a monthly parts department bonus depending on experience. WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?
