SUMMARY
Bering Straits Native Corporation (Company) is currently seeking a qualified Contracts Coordinator. The primary working location is in the Company’s Anchorage, Alaska, office with a hybrid schedule, working remotely from home a maximum of two days per week.
This position is responsible for supporting the Company’s Contracts Department by preparing contractual agreements utilizing Company template forms, entering contractual information in the Company’s systems, and assisting with quality control monitoring of the Company’s agreements.
The Contracts Coordinator may assist with the preparation of non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, consulting agreements, subcontracts and other formal documents for a variety of project types.
This is a direct report to the Director of Contracts and Legal Administration that will work directly with the entire Contracts Department team in an administrative support role.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.
The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No supervisory responsibilities.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results.
If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
